Chesterfield youth team's away fixture at York City this Saturday 7th February has been postponed due to unplayable facilities. The weather will play a major part in the weekend's fixtures across the whole of the country.

The fixture will now be played on Saturday 25 April 2009, kick-off 11.00am.

Meanwhile Dave Bentley's side could be in action, weather permitting of course, on Tuesday 17th February, where they find themselves taking on Darlington in the 3rd round of the Puma Youth Alliance North Cup.

The Spireites have been going strong in the cup and have already beaten Accrington Stanley and York City in previous rounds and are yet to concede a goal in the competition.
