Yes I think I am about over it took a while to come down to earth though really. It was great moment to score a goal like that and also to win the game.

Talk us through the goal

After watching the TV. Phil Picken did really well to keep the ball alive and get a cross in which was headed clear. The ball seemed to be hanging in the air for ages and I felt I had so much time. Usually with time you make a hash of it, but I hit it so sweet into the top corner. The graphic breakdown on TV was amazing to see the speed 56 mph and gap the ball went through. But in truth I just hit it to be honest and hoped for the best.

So who do fancy in the next round?

Hopefully we will get one of the big clubs away which will earn the club some money and be a great experience for the players and supporters. So Chelsea Manchester United, Arsenal or Newcastle away or something like that.

An unusual day today you're off on a cookery course

I should be interesting to see how we all do. I not really bothered about cooking really but I tend to go out with the girlfriend. She doesn't cook much either so I tend to eat at her Mum and Dads to be honest. So I might learn something to add to my standard basic things like chicken and pasta.

Saturday Brentford at home how do you see that?

We should be confident after the win and we only played ninety minutes compared to our last Cup outing of extra time. So hopefully some of the fans will comeback on Saturday and create another great atmosphere, and if we can play at the same tempo I think we will start to climb the table again.
