Roy - what's the team news?
The team is virtually the same. Alex Bailey and Steve Blatherwick are not ready just yet, but may be ready for the Doncaster game. We're assessing them almost day by day but will not bring them back until they're fully fit. Shane Nicholson is a few weeks away so it's the same squad as we had before the Gillingham game. Its good that we've got no new injuries or suspensions. Its usually about this time of the season that tiredness is an issue, you get niggling injuries and suspensions start to kick in but at the moment we're holding up quite well on that and are varying the training.
Is it a good time to go to Hartlepool?
It might well be a good time. You think of what they've achieved over the last few years - they've been one of the most talented teams we've had in this division - but something is not quite right this season. The manager's just been sacked so it could be a good time to go there, because our record there hasn't been particularly good.
Rumour has it that Chris Turner might be back as manager by Friday.
That doesn't matter at the moment. There's upheaval and no-one will steady the ship in 24 hours. Turner knows the players and the set-up and if that does happen then things may change, but not overnight.
We've got a good away record building up?
The fact that we're playing on Friday night gives us an opportunity to take the points and put the pressure on the other teams buy forcing our way into the top six and making the other teams respond to that.
And your thoughts on team selection?
The team away from home has picked itself over the last few weeks. Our system has been very effective away from home. We have to recognise why we are in the position that we are, and that is based on the team, and how they work for each other. When we have had to make changes young players have gone in and held their place, so it is collective. We know what we're about and we know what we're doing. We'll go there with confidence; we'll go there very positive, and trying to win the game.
