Danny told player about how he signed for the Spireites and told Player "I know Shez from Oldham where he signed me from Port Vale. He's a really good manager and I hope to learn more from him because he was a top midfield player. I like to get around the field and play football and I hope I can bring some goals from midfield both from long range and tap in's . I would like to get at least ten goals next season ,but right now I am looking ahead to the new challenge now of playing in a new stadium every other week and being up there challenging for promotion.

On his career to date Danny told Player "I started at Manchester United but then I moved on to a local club at Macclesfield where I stayed for six years after which and I thought  a needed a change and Port Vale came in for me.  I fancied the challenge of playing in League One and I was fortunate to win the Player of The Year at Port Vale, but they were eventually relegated and then I moved to join Shez at Oldham where I was last season"
