New loan signing Gary Madine spoke to Spireites Player after joining the Spireites on loan from Carlisle United for a month.
Gary told Player "I got a call yesterday morning that Chesterfield wanted me and I spoke to the team coach and gaffer and they thought it would be a good for us to get some games under my belt and I would come back a better player."
On his style of play Gary added "I am tall so a bit of a target man but I think my feet are alright for my size. I will put a full shift in and work hard and fight for everything and I like to think my finishing's not to bad either."
Gary then told Player subscribers about his career to date and he concluded the interview by saying"I started at Middlesbrough and did a year there at fifteen and was released and then Carlisle picked me up from the Sunday League four months later. I have been on loan at Rochdale and this season I spent three months on loan at Coventry. Most of my league appearances have been from the bench. I actually got injured here last season when playing for Rochdale by Aaron Downes so I will have a word with him when I see him. But I want to enjoy my football and play some game sand hopefully my stay here will help me reach my maximum potential."
