Chesterfield's first league game at the b2net stadium in the newly named npower League 2 is against Barnet on the opening day of the new season on Saturday 7 August 2010.
After Barnet, the Spireites are away at Port Vale on Saturday 14 August, home to Hereford United on Saturday 21 August and away to Macclesfield Town on the Bank Holiday Weekend of Saturday 28 August.
The first local-derby at the b2net is against Lincoln City on Saturday 4 September, although fans will have to wait until next year for the big local-derby of the season against Rotherham United. They visit the b2net on Saturday 19 March, whilst the away fixture at the Don Valley Stadium is on Saturday 25 September.
It's a midweek fixture for the visit of newly promoted Oxford United which visit the b2net on Tuesday 23 October, whilst Blue Square Champions Stevenage are at home on Saturday 15 January 2011.
Christmas holiday fixtures include an away trip on Boxing Day to Bradford City and home to Wycombe Wanderers on Tuesday 28 December. New Year at the b2net sees the visit of Stockport County on New Years Day.
Next Easter the Spireites are away on Easter Saturday 23 April to newly promoted Oxford United and at home on Easter Monday 25 April to Bury.
The last away trip of the season is the longest but it's to the seaside to take on Torquay United on Saturday 30 April 2011.
The other long trips are to Gillingham on Saturday 18 December and Southend United on Saturday 8 January.
The Spireites finish the season with a home game at the b2net on Saturday 7 May to the bookies promotion favourites Gillingham.
