Many of the country's 92 professional clubs have been playing the Commentators United song at their home games and featuring it in both their websites and matchday programmes. Both the Premier League and Football League have also headlined the song on their websites.

The song is now being enjoyed up and down the land, and when the song was played at Manchester United in front of 75,000 fans, it's so catchy the crowd spontaneously joined in!

'Let's Hear It England' is a brand new song that is now available to download from major online stores like iTunes, Amazon, Play and Tesco, raising money to help give disadvantaged youngsters the chance of a better life.

  • Infectious New England Anthem

  • Featuring each of the no.1 commentators from the BBC, ITV, Sky and ESPN.

  • Raising money to help young people all around the country

It features eleven of the best-known voices in the business. The commentators' starting XI is Martin Tyler, Ian Darke and Rob Hawthorne from Sky, Clive Tyldesley, Peter Drury and Jon Champion from ITV, Guy Mowbray, Steve Wilson and Simon Brotherton from the BBC, Steve Banyard from Premier League Productions and Peter Brackley (formerly of Football Italia).

Each of the commentators has voiced specially recorded commentary to put the country and the team in a positive frame of mind for South Africa. The singing comes from the Cotswold Male Voice Choir.

Gavin Megaw, Director of External Affairs at The Football League said: "This is a great way of generating funds for such an important cause.  Many Football Clubs are already working with The Prince's Trust and it is fantastic to see the country's biggest commentators coming together to raise the profile of the charity through this single.  Let's hope it sells lots of copies ahead of the World Cup."

Commentator and Composer Steve Banyard: "If every football fan who'll be watching the World Cup can each spend just 79p downloading the song, The Prince's Trust can do so much more to help young people all around the country."

"Every time a World Cup comes along, we seem to get the same old songs coming out again, so we thought it was time for something totally new and fresh to give the team impetus for South Africa."
