Chesterfield FC's stadium manager Colin Nellist and the groundstaff are all optimistic that this Monday's home game against Rotherham will go ahead as planned. The Saltergate ptich is covered with snow at present but the groundstaff are well prepared and planned to get the pitch ready for Monday's game.  They plan to clear any remaining snow on Sunday were depending on the amount still remaining  a few volunteer snowclearers maybe required from mid-morning.
