The plans include new retail and business premises and a new 10,000 plus seater stadium for Chesterfield FC, providing them with a much needed new home.  The proposals also include plans to relocate the existing Tesco from its current location opposite the former Demaglass site, creating a new look superstore.

Neil Hartley, Development Director of Wilson Bowden Developments, said; "We look forward to meeting with the local community and illustrating our plans for the redevelopment of the site.  We are very excited about transforming the former Demaglass site and bringing it back in to use".

Representatives from Wilson Bowden Developments, Chesterfield FC and Tesco will be present at the exhibition to explain the plans and answer any questions.

There will be site plans, images, models, and a fly-thru of the new football stadium.
