Lee Richardson makes two changes to the side that lost 1-0 at Notts County on Saturday. The injured Steve Fletcher is replaced by Adam Rooney whilst Jamie Winter moves onto the bench with Felix Bastiens coming in on the left for his debut. Peter Leven switches to the centre. Nicky Travis is on the bench for the first time alongside Wayne Allison, who'll be hoping to make it 750 league appearances.
Line Up: Roche, Picken, Downes, Kovacs (Gray 71), Robertson, Lowry, Niven, Leven, Bastians (Travis 75), Rooney, Lester. Subs (not used): Winter, Allison, O'Hare
Wrexham (3-5-2): A.Williams, D.Williams, Evans, Hope, Carvill, Crowell, Garrett, Mark Jones, Taylor, M.Williams (Llewellyn 16), Roberts. Subs: Michael Jones, Pejic, Spender, Done
Referee: Mr D Foster
Att: 3058 (151 Spireites)
Spireites were wearing their sky and white striped shirts for the first time and started kicking away from the 150 or so travelling fans.
Garrett had the game's first shot, shooting wide from 25 yards after M.Williams left sided cross.
Taylor's deep delivery flew high and wide as Wrexham saw most of the early ball.
D.Williams poor defensive header fell to Niven, he fed Rooney and the striker's shot was defelected for a corner, Bastiens delivered but the hosts cleared.
In the 6th minute, Bastians, wearing the No 13 shirt, a lucky number in Germany, crossed from the left, an intelligent touch from Lowry found LESTER and he drilled home from close range to make it:

Robertson hammered a long ranger in but it was always wide of the mark.
Chesterfield had a lucky escape when Carvill's cross was miscued by Aaron Downes, the skipper's swinging leg made contact but, from close range went the wrong way, and Barry Roche had to dive to palm it away.
With just 13 played, it was two to the Spireites. Great left wing play by Bastiens saw him deliver low into the danger area, Lester couldn't quite make contact but ROONEY slid in to get a contact, with a defender to make it:

Before the home side could draw breath, LESTER headed in from close range after Lowry's cross was nodded back by Rooney and with 15 played it was:

Llewellyn replaced Marc Williams for the shell-shocked homesters.
Bastians won a corner but his delivery was easily dealt with.
Robertson had to block a Roberts shot, Wrexham's first corner, they won the header but put it well high into the stands.
Crowell was booked for a foul on Robertson on the half way line as the Scot looked to feed Lester on the left.
Lowry just couldn't find a way through on the edge of the box after Lester had weaved into the danger area but Wrexham broke clear and reminded the Spireites they still posed a threat, Garrett's fierce shot though was straight at Roche's chest.
A whisker away from four. Derek Niven crossed in after Wrexham failed to clear a free kick, Janos Kovacs headed to Lester whose angled, close range header drew a great low down palm away by A.Williams.
Downes and Picken booked - Picks fouled but then kicked the ball away which made the ref''s mind up. Kovacs too in the book. No need for it lads! Roberts goes in the book for WFC.
Wrexham win a left wing corner, Downes heads away, Bastians blocks the second ball in and Roche saves from Crowell, then Downes robs Llewellyn as he breaks free.
Kovacs does enough to off-put Roberts as the Welshmen up the pace.
Roche had to tip a deep cross over for a corner, Hope headed the ball over from that. Nine to the break.
Llewellyn and Roberts link well but the defence stands firm and the attack is repelled then Roche catches a Garrett cross.
Roberts robbed Downes, fed Llewellyn but his shot went wide - though not by much.
Rooney broke clear from inside his own half, ran right through to the home box, but was just edged out as he tried to square for a free Lester then Picken whacked the post from 25 yards and Rooney just couldn't get to the rebound.
Niven played a great through ball to Lester but a red sock did just enough to deny him a clear shot.
Lester hit the bar in stoppage tome after Lowry's perceptive pass.
Three goals and two woodworks - pity about the three yellows, otherwise an almost perfect first half!
HALF TIME:

Is it the shirts? Could have had a Rugby score in the first half - mind you, it looks like the Welsh side did!!
Wrexham's side stayed out at HT and did some warming down / back up again exercises. After the booing they got as the whistle went, that would've been the last thing they wanted to do. However the fans are now giving it plenty of positive support for the home side - singing as the half gets underway - the boos were reserved for the Spireites as they retook to the field with the referee. No doubt the home fans thought they had been time wasting and coming out late.
Lester wins a corner after Bastians flick on, Lowry takes but Downes then Leven unable to conjure up an on target effort.
Leven delivered a superb ball to Bastians on the left but the German's cross was a tad deep, Lowry got there but couldn't control and a goal kick was the result. Kovacs then tackled Llewellyn as he burst forwards, Roberts was hurt in the build up but carried on after treatment.
Llewellyn drilled one inches wide from 20 yards after a neat build up by the Dragons but at present Leven is the pick of the pack, playing beautifully in the centre of midfield his superb sand-iron style chip almost picked out Lowry but within seconds Roberts forced Roche to save and tip round the post for a corner - Downes got there first and the second ball in was terrace fodder.
Rooney was inches away from connecting to a Lester shot, itself only just wide, after the two-goal getter nicked the ball from the feet of a static defender, Spireites best effort since the break.
D.Williams (booked) fouled Lester , dead centre, 30 out, Leven drilled it round the wall and A.Williams had to raid the top drawer to save. Corner. Wrexham just couldn't clear it, Lowry slipped it to LEVEN and with his right foot, he drilled one into the roof of the net.

Two home subs - Done and Spender on for Crowell and Carvill.
Janos getting some treatment, Gray preparing to come on - and does. The Hungarian's limping but it doesn't look a disaster.
That fourth goal dented any home hopes of a miracle comeback and it's a bit like a practice match at the moment. GREAT!
Bastians gets a great hand - and that was from the Wrexham fans - as he makes way for debut maker Nicky Travis. The German was superb on the left, two assists and plenty of promise.
Rooney crosses in, the keeper pounces on it ahead of Lester then Travis drops a shoulder or two to beat a few reds but Rooney was offside at the pass.
Downes heads out for a corner, Llewellyn takes and Gray heads clear - 10 to go.
Chief comes on for Jack on 81 - his 750th league appearance - only the second striker ever to get to that landmark.
Roche had to get down quickly to stop Llewellyn's box edger but with time running out, there was no tension amongst the Spireites contingent as Rooney won a corner, Travis delivered from the right, Downes got a header in but it didn't quite fall for Allison and Wrexham cleared.
Rooney burst through right on 90 but blazed wide from a great position. Two extra minutes.
M. Williams booked.
A great showing - a brilliant opening burst and comfortable after that.
