How to buy your tickets

Monday - Friday9am-5pm

Matchday:Saturday 10am-3pm and 30 minutess after the match.

Non-Matchday:Saturday -Closed

HOME GAME SALES

Tickets can be purchased in person at the ticket office or over the phone using the above ticket line number. Tickets ordered over the phone may be collected from the ticket office up until kick-off on match day.

An online option to purchase tickets will be operational shortly. A charge of 50 pence per ticket will be made for all credit card transactions. Debit cards will not incur a charge.

AWAY GAME SALES

If the club receives tickets to sell for an away match they will usually go on sale 2 weeks prior to the kick off date. An announcement will be made when away tickets are available.These can be purchased by the same means as home tickets.

Any unsold tickets will be taken off sale at 3pm the day prior to the match been played and returned to the away club.

Concessions are for 65 years of age or over on 31 July 2011 and 18 years of age or under on 31 July 2012.Juveniles should be 14 years of age or under on 31 July 2012.

There will be an increase of £2 per match ticket for category A matches.

The category A matches for the 2011/2012 season are:-

Sat Nov 26th Sheffield United

Sat Feb 18th Sheffield Wednesday

Tues Mar 20th Huddersfield Town

TICKET CONCESSIONS

Concessionary tickets are issued to the over 65's and juniors aged 15-18.

Juvenilles -Age 14 and under

Under 12's must be accompanied by an adult.

Children under 7 will be admitted to the Family areas of the ground at the reduced rate of £2.

Proof of ID must be produced when asked for both when purchasing tickets and on entry to the ground. Failure to do so will result in the higher price being charged.

If an incorrect ticket is taken to the turnstile and ID cannot be provided then the stewards reserve the right to refuse admittance.

The ticket can then be taken to the ticket office to be upgraded and the price differencepaid .

DISABLED SUPPORTERS

Wheelchair Disabled

We have designated areas in each stand for wheelchair supporters. Carers will be admitted free of charge.

Ambulant Disabled

Ambulant Disabled are seated in each of the stands. Persons requiring a carer will need to provide proof of eligibility.

The evidence we require is issued by the Department of Works and Pensions showing the Disabilty Living Allowance is in the Middle or Higher Rate of Care.

A note of seat allocation will be taken at time of purchase to comply with the stadium emergency evacuation procedure.

LOST OR MISPLACED TICKETS

Chesterfield Football Club take no responsibility for the replacement of lost or misplaced tickets.

REFUNDS

Refunds on match day tickets will only be given up to 48 hours prior to the game being played.

No refund will be given unless a valid ticket is produced at the ticket office.

SEASON TICKETS

Season tickets must be brought to each game to gain admission to the ground.

If a season ticket is left at home then the supporter should go to the ticket office where their details will be taken and upon proof of identification and seat clarification a match day pass will be provided for admittance. Normal match day prices will apply.

If a season ticket is lost then the ticket holder should report it immediately to the ticket office. A new ticket will be issued at a cost of £20.

To upgrade a season ticket for a single match the holder must take the ticket to the ticket office and notify them of the change to be made and pay the difference in price.

Any transfer of seat on match day will incur a charge of the normal match day ticket price.

Moving to a different seat once the season has started will incur a £20 admin charge as another ticket will have to be produced.
