Shaun Miller scored his second goal in only his second start for Alex early in the game after they'd had one disallowed for offside, Ryan Lowe 'scored,' but first time skipper Aussie Aaron Downes towered highest to head home the impressive Nicky Rizzo's corner. Colin Lakin volleyed a great chance wide just before the break but there was plenty to cheer about for Rico's warriors.
