John told Player "Lincoln will be another tough game. Lincoln got a good result at Gillingham and made a few changes at Rotherham in midweek. But if we are not at the races we will get unstuck. They are a big organised side and they have beaten Gillingham away already this season. So it's like I always say anybody can beat anybody in this division. But I want us to beat everybody here at home and we will take the game to them, so it's up to us at the end of the day. But we know we will have to work hard and we might have to be patient to get the three points. I want us to win as many games as quickly as possible. After all I know that I am a good manager if we are winning games and I am a poor manager if we are losing it's as simple as.

It's still early and we are unbeaten in the league and its along old season. There are areas we can improve and I will tend to look on the negative side because I want us to be a good and consistent team

John covered the team news and said  "Brecks is suffering with a virus, but Jack and Pagey trained today and Ian Morris should be okay. So hopefully I can pick a team that will win the game. Dwayne filled in midweek he's played there before and did alright. I don't know yet if I will play him there on Saturday but it's a handy option. It's important we stay strong and I feel we need strength in depth in that area . We are also still speaking to Peterborough about Scott Griffiths he wants to stay and hopefully we can extend his stay here.
