John told Player " I am pleased by the players response  and its pleasing for the fans. But at the end of the day we have finished eighth and I am disappointed with that because I expected a lot more. We should have been in the play offs at least and in the last ten or so games we haven't picked up the right results. But we have beaten the top sides and have taken 15 out of 18 against the promotion sides say everything really. The fans got right behind the team in the second half and helped the side on to win the game. It was always going to be tall order for the results to go our way but we did our bit and won the game.

Moving on to future business of naming his retained list John continued "I have some difficult decisions to make and that's part of the job and hopefully they will benefit the club and make us a stronger outfit for next season. I want to thank all the players because they have been quality and shown a great attitude and not one of them caused me a problem. But overall we haven't done enough and eighth isn't good enough. "

Five Players from the youth team already know they will have futures at the b2net and part of the first team squad for next season. Youngters  Craig Clay, Tendayi Darikwa, Chris Tingey, Ryan Granger and Jimmy Adcock and John told player "They're young lads who deserve a chance and they will be training with the first team next season. I think Clayee's got a real chance and he we will be in around the first team squad. The other lads have the opportunity to improve and if they grow up quickly and they are good enough I will throw them in.

John then also spoke briefly about the new Stadium and he added "I went to the b2net this week it's beautiful and hopefully it will help to attract a few more people. It's just a crying shame that we wont be starting there in a higher division. But we are still where we are and we can hopefully start winning matches and we will be trying to get out of the division next season.
