Tommy Wright gave Spireites Player a brief update ahead of the Saturday's vital Saltergate clash against Bradford City.
Tommy told Player "We have watched Bradford a couple times and recently against Notts County they played well in a 0-0. They have some of good individuals I like the lad Flynn in midfield and he's always likely to score a goal. But it's up to us to produce the goods and it's up to Chesterfield and the players."
Tommy continued "We are stuttering at the moment a lot of teams are at the moment Port Vale are perhaps in the best form team and they have a strong squad. Lots of clubs have had chances to consolidate positions Aldershot only picked up one point from two home games. It's all about pressure at this stage of the season. My old team Leeds United looked like they were romping the division but they have only won three out of the last sixteen. But we have run out of excuses and we have no excuses tomorrow. We have to go out there and play like we did against Dagenham in our last home game."
