John told Player " I keep saying it, I am very disappointed again but for some reason we are not performing at home.  I have to look at the players and decide if they are strong enough mentally and are they good enough to get us where we want to go. The players are letting themselves down they are letting me down and they are letting the fans down.

We are all expecting a lot better and our performances are not up to scratch. We aren't at the races at the moment and we have to buck our ideas up quickly. Teams are getting closer to us and we are making life difficult for ourselves and that shouldn't be the case and I expected us to push on.  So you have to question the players we haven't changed much only personal.  We aren't creating chances and we aren't  getting corners now and attempts at goal. So the Players will have to look at themselves and I will be questioning myself I will always question myself. Am I picking the right team ? because I hate losing I hate it and we are letting ourselves down.

I made changes today because I thought we haven't been playing well for three or four games and I made straight changes. Andy Whing came in and was steady in midfield. I brought Scott Boden in who everyone tells me had to start and Phil Picken did very well in the reserves in midweek in the hope they would provide a spark. That didn't work and defensively we were very poor today and we allowed them to dictate matters for seventy five minutes. We are fifth in the league and we shouldn't have to wait until the last fifteen minutes and Adam Rundle to came on to give us lift. The players have to look at themselves because I don't want a repeat of what happened here last season where they had opportunities to get into the play off's and failed. I didn't like one or two things I saw out on the pitch today .

There are still twenty four points to play for and we have a great opportunity. We have to stand up and be counted because we are in danger of throwing it away.  I expect us to play a lot better at home and next week might be a good game for us I really do believe that and it might be a game that gets us going again and give us the lift we desperately need."
