Mark told Player "We owe Crewe one after we lost to them at Saltergate. We missed two early penalties so we could have been two up before they scored. But fair play to them they do play the ball around and hopefully it will be a good game of football watch on Wednesday.

Mark then reflected back to Saturdays remarkable come back win against Darlington and he added "The first half against Darlington wasn't acceptable and the Gaffer had a few harsh words to say at halftime. The pitch was terrible so we had to go a little longer than we usually like to do.  But after we went 4-4-2 we picked it up a bit. The lads responded superbly and the three subs gave us momentum to go on and win the game. It was great to see Drew come through ninety minutes and score a fantastic goal after his injury. Barry Conlon's also now fully recovered from tonsillitis so we have plenty of options to choose from.

Finally Mark told Player subscribers about goalkeeper Tommy Lee's form "I have been really pleased with Tommy form he was disappointed with the second goal which bounced up out of the mud. We talked about it after the game and we think there were too many players in the wall. But Tommy's getting better and he made a fantastic save in the last minute on Saturday. We are working hard to make Tommy a top flight goalkeeper."
