John Sheridan spared the Spireites Player camera a few minutes away from training and calling clubs and agents about possible new recruits and looked ahead to Tuesday nights Saltergate clash against Rotherham United.

John told Player "It obviously should be a good game with a big crowd but the most important thing is to win the game and keep ourselves in contention.  We are at home and we will be trying to be positive and obviously need the win that would put us level on points with them.

On Rotherham John added "Ronnie Moore knows the division and they have been in the top five or six all season. They will be organised and good from set plays and we can expect a very tough game."

Finally before going to back to the phones John concluded the interview by saying

"There could well be a couple changes we have a one or two back in training and we will see how they react overnight. So I will be trying to put out a strong enough team to win the game. I am trying to bring in a couple more players and if that happens before tomorrow they will be involved and if not so be it."
