John told Player "We have found it hard to train with the recent weather and that perhaps played apart in the defeat at Lincoln. It will be a tough game and there should be a good crowd.
We will be training on Sunday and I will be telling them again that we have to defend better . I still can't work out if they are not listening or they think know better than me that but we have to stop crosses coming into the box. But we have to keep plugging away and we have a home game now and its important we win it."
On the team news John hinted to Player that their may be a few changes from the side that lost at Lincoln on Saturday and he continued
"Everybody who is fit and available is in contention for the game. I think I have good enough players and there is enough experience in the side to stop conceding goals. So if they don't continue to listen they won't be playing for me. So they need to start listening and I will make decisions and hopefully they will be the right ones.
"It will be tough Ronnie knows the League inside out and they will be strong and good from set plays. But I don't want focus on Rotherham we are the home side and going for three points. I know what we can do on our day and it comes down to the magic word consistency . But Ile will be honest though i don't really know what i am going to get from any of our players from saturday to saturday."
