A frustrated John Sheridan gave his reaction to the Spireites latest undeserved defeat against Aldershot.

John told player."I'm getting sick of saying we played well and created chances but again we haven't got anything to show for it. I think we have to get a meaner streak and I don't think we have a winning mentality at the moment.  We have a terrible knack of giving soft goals away. We tell the Players and perhaps one or two think they know better than me. But I'm down in the dumps because we have dominated things against a good side created chances, but didn't take them. I am getting a bit tired of it, but I will stick with what I believe in and we now have to win our next football match next weekend,

Finally John praised the two hundred and eight six travelling Spireite fans who backed his side throughout

"I thought our fans were magnificent today they have come along way and got right behind us"
