A pleased John Sheridan spoke to Spireites Player after seeing his side pick up its first away League win of the season at table topping Bournemouth.
John told Player "It was a game of two halves but the game should have been over after our first half performance. Our first half performance was very pleasing and I thought we were excellent. I thought we looked sharp and caused them lots of problems. But we new they would come at us and they went very direct through Fletcher and then play off him. Two nil is always a strange score line because the side losing always think they have a chance to get back into it. They got a goal and we had a few scary moments and it's pleasing to come to a side who are top of the league and win. So hopefully we can kick on and get a few more points away from home."
John then talked about David Perkins inclusion at the expense of Derek Niven and on the fitness of missing striker Wade Small and Gregor Robertson
"We are now unbeaten in four and we have to carry that on now at Hereford. We are hoping that Wade Small will be okay for next week we left him out more as precaution with his hamstring not reallt right. Gregor will be a few weeks yet before he's back so he's more longer term"
