John on Dagenham,
"I'm expecting a very hard game, they score lots of goals. It'll be tough but we have to believe that we can go there and win and cause them problems. Full credit to them they have started very well and we must be prepared for a fight. We're going in there prepared right and if we can stop them creating chances we'll get something".
On Rotherham
"It's a game we should have got something, we were expecting a tough game, it's a tough place to go. Defending was a concern with us switching off at times and we've got to be better there. Its gone now though and we've studied the DVD but we've also had a hard start in my eyes".
On the league table.
"I'd like us to have more points but it's a funny league where you will jump places with just one win. Over the next four or five games I know the points tally I want from them."
On Sue Green's funeral.
"We trained later than usual as it was only right that the players were there as they really liked Sue. It was fitting that we all went and it was lovely turnout, lets hope at the end of the season that Sue will be smiling down on us for what we have achieved."
On the Loan Market.
"I've identified one or two players and the areas I want to work on and did so a week or two into the season where we need to improve. I am hopeful of some movement in the next week or so.
On Huddersfield in the JPT
"It will be a really good test for us and I think we can beat them as a side from the league higher it will be something for us to test ourselves against".
