John Sheridan spoke exclusively to Spireites Player after seeing his side go down by a goal to nil at Rockingham Road following a defensive howler.
John told Player "I think it's was a good work out and a good test for us . I would have liked us to have played better but the most important game is next week. I am not pleased with the result and I don't think we are scoring enough goals and we can't keep relaying on Jack. But it's down to me to pick the strike force that can win us the game at Torquay."
Looking ahead to next weeks big kick off John added
"I have made n enquiry about a couple of players and hopefully should get some feedback on Monday and one of them will be with us next week.
The concern though is creating scoring chances we don't look bright plus again we gave away a very sloppy goal. The main thing is that everyone's fit but my concern is that you need to score goals to win football matches."
