"Accrington are much improved on last season and they have the incentive of trying to  finishing at home well. But we know what we have to do and we need to win to have any chance of making the play off's. The Divisions been very open this season and that's confirmed by the fact that usually by this stage of the season you would expect two or perhaps three clubs to have eighty plus points .

We have certainly improved since Christmas but have suffered a bit of late with tiredness and injuries which have resulted in too many draws. We were though in pole position last week, but we still have a chance especially if we can get the ball in the back of the net.  If we had got the goal that we needed against Gillingham then I am sure we would have then had the momentum to have gone on and won the game so it was very frustrating."

Moving on to cover the team news and injuries Lee said

"Lloyd Kerry joins Aaron Downes on the sidelines and his seasons over after rupturing his thigh muscle at Luton.  Lewis Montrose should all being well be back training with us on Monday, and we will make a late decision on the fitness of Danny Hall.

If Danny's not fit it may give an opportunity for Rob Page or Dan Gray to partner Kevin Austin. The problem with Rob is that he's played very little football since Christmas. We haven't really haven't had the opportunity really to play that many reserve games with so many first team games. So we will have to weigh that one up if Danny's not fit."

Finally Lee again looked forward to the game and continued

"But we are still in there fighting in a Division that this season's levelled off somewhat. We are in a League where anybody can beat anybody really and the competition is much closer and there are no real weak teams in the division. But we can all however think of to many points that we have gifted away especially in the early part of season. But that said we still have a chance if we beat Accrington to go into the last game of the season with something to play for."
