Adam SmithWell Adam you're walking around?

Yes I am on the mend it went okay and hopefully I will be back in full training soon

So what happened?

I went in for the op on Wednesday stayed in overnight was out Thursday and walking again on Friday.

So was it keyhole surgery?

Yes keyhole they had a camera in one hole and scissors in the other and they trimmed a bit off my cartilage off and they tell me it wasn't that bad and there is hardly any swelling which is good.

So what exercise have you got to do?

I am doing light weights at the moment to get the strength back in my thighs and calves then I can start running and building up to playing again.

Was this your first operation you have had?

Yes my first and hopefully my last. I was very nervous before hand you expect the older players like Chief and Muggs to have ops so at nineteen I was very worried. But it went well and hopefully I will be back playing soon.
