FITNESS UPDATE

I have had the bug that's been going around but hopefully ile be fit for Saturday and most people have now recovered from that at the Club

Caleb Folan had his pot take off last week and been jogging this week and will be stepping up his training over the coming weeks.

 

Glynn Hurst's had his last injection in his lower back of his current course of injections and should resume training next week.

 

Steve Payne  has got some wear and tear in his knee which as really flared up this week and he's been for an MIR scan which we are waiting the results of.

 

Mark Hudson was really ill but played for the reserves in midweek and took a blow in his ribs which as left them bruised and very sore.

 

Chris Brandon been training this week but he's struggling with his ankle but hopefully he will be fit for Saturday then we have a bit of a break to get him sorted.

 

David Reeves  has been suffering with a sore groin after last Saturdays game, but he's resumed training and should be in the squad for the trip to Luton

 

Mark Innes he played a lot of the game against Oldham and he's trained all week and will get stronger. Its nice for Mark not to be in the treatment room its not the nicest of places.
