The treatment room is now a quieter place than  in my last update David Reeves and Alan O'Hare have both regained full fitness and have been involved with the first team squad.

After a good rehab program morning and afternoon hard training Mark Innes and Mark Smith have both resumed training with the first team this week.

Glynn Hurst saw a back specialist last week with his on going back problem.   He has been referred to see a pain specialist who will hopefully be able to clear the problem up.

GOOD NEWS FOR KEVKevin Dawson has recovered his hamstring strain but is struggling with the pain around his groin, tests show Kevin does not have a hernia which is good news but still have to find out the cause of the pain, Kevin also went to see the specialist last week.

Caleb Folan who was taken off at Grimsby we were told that he had chipped his ankle bone, we then took Caleb to see a specialist, and the x-ray revealed that the bone had come detached, so he had an operation to reattach the bone last week.

Caleb will be in pot for around 6 weeks with non-weight bearing. We wish Caleb a speedy recovery.
