There are a number of issues that arose, which will be sorted.

The club now wants supporters to share their experiences as well by emailing feedback@chesterfield-fc.co.uk

Stadium manager Colin Nellist said:  "For the first ever match at the b2net stadium 7,550 spectators came to enjoy a superb matchday experience and did so in complete safety, which has to be a major success for the club."

"There were a small number of issues that weren't quite right in the stadium itself which is why we welcome feedback from our customers."

In terms of outside the stadium he said: "It will take some time for everything to settle down until the supporters and our neighbours get used to each other, after all we had 139 years at Saltergate and we have only been in situ at Whittington Moor for little more that a week."

He added:  "In asking all supporters to show some consideration for our neighbours when visiting the b2net stadium, we have also been commended for being the catalyst in bringing much-needed new revenue for local businesses in the Whittington Moor area."
