A Chesterfield fan from Cresswell is going to have a day to remember this Saturday thanks to the Derbyshire Constabulary.
Police advice to move the kick-off time of the Spireites FA Cup tie against Mansfield Town to 1.00pm means that Andrew Field can now get to the game and still have time to get married at Heath Church at 4.00pm.
Andrew, a 40 year old heating engineer and chimney specialist who runs North Derbyshire Chimney Services, is hoping that he will get to the church on time to marry Clare Sanders after watching his favourite team beat their fiercest rivals.
Andrew Field said: "If there is any delay perhaps I can get a Police escort to get me to the church on time and I may need another Police escort later as the reception is near Mansfield."
He added: "I am hoping that being a chimney sweep will also bring the Spireites some luck."

His story has really taken off with radio and TV channel's all clammering to interview the lucky bridegroom-to-be.
They even involved Chesterfield chairman Barrie Hubbard who presented Andrew with a Spireites scarf to mark his new-found fame.
Match Note: The FA Cup tie against Mansfield Town is not all-ticket, Chesterfield fans will be able gain admittance by paying at the turnstiles on the day.
