Here's a picture of Alan Gofton and his brother Paul at Everest Base Camp during a recent trip to Nepal. 

They flew into a mountain air strip from Kathmandu and trekked for 12 long days to get to Base Camp which is at 5,600 metres (18,370 feet).  It was pretty hard work, temperatures at night got to minus 15, but they managed to keep the club scarf safe before its unveiling!

Paul is a season ticket holder and has been watching Chesterfield for 30 years.  I Alan's been a supporter for 20 years and, although I am based in London, I try and get to watch as many games as he can.
