Chesterfield's away fixture at Burton Albion scheduled on the new fixture list for Saturday 12 February 2011 has been brought forward one day to avoid a clash with Derby County who are at home to Leicester City.

The fixture at Burton Albion will now be played at the Pirelli Stadium on Friday 11 February 2010, kick-off 7.45pm.

Meanwhile, Chesterfield manager has given his first thoughts about the new fixtures.  He said:  Pleased we are at home for the first league game at the new stadium game but Barnet will be a tough cookie as they have a new manager and equally will want to get off to a good start."

"No fixture stands out as they are all important in their own right and we want to do well in all of them."

Talking about the Carling Cup draw he said: "I am delighted with the cup draw which is a very attractive fixture against Middlesbrough who were a Premiership side only a couple of years ago."

"It will be a special game for Tommy and Norm as they are both ex Boro players."
