A reward of £2,000 is being offered by Chesterfield jeweller Stuart Bradley for any information that directly leads to the recovery of Chesterfield FC's missing FA Cup replica jewel.
This special memento of the Spireites historic FA Cup run in season 1996-97 was specially crafted by Stuart Bradley Jewellers and presented to the club.
Although players and officials at the time received silver replica FA Cup jewels, the club's special replica jewel was unique as it was made of 9 ct white gold and set with sapphires and diamonds.
The jewel mysteriously disappeared from the club's trophy cabinet ten years ago during Darren Brown's controversial regime around the year 2000 and has not been seen or heard of since.

Stuart Bradley said: "With the club's move from Saltergate most things are now up for auction but this is one item that should still be in the ownership of the club and someone out there knows where it is."
He added: "As a heritage item it is of great value to the football club but virtually worthless to any collector as it can never be publicly revealed or sold without incriminating the owner."

Anyone with any information as to its whereabouts is asked to contact the football club on 01246 209765, or just write to the club.
Better still, if anyone who knows intimately of its whereabouts and would like to return it anonymously in an unmarked envelope to its rightful home they are welcome to do so.
