Manager gets further touchline ban

Chesterfield manager John Sheridan has been banned from the touchline for a further three games after being found guilty of a breach of FA Rule E3 following the recent league game at Burton Albion, although he denied the charge.

The incident concerns things allegedly said to the match officials after the game, in which Burton scored a late equaliser in the fifth minutes of disputed injury time. He has also been fined £750

 

John Sheridan sent to the stands at Notts County

 

John Sheridan has just served a two match ban after being found guilty of misconduct for things said to match officials during the recent highly-charged game at Notts County.

 

The touchline ban imposed by the FA covers the games against Rochdale, Barnet and Dagenham & Redbridge.
