There will be an important press conference at Saltergate, this Thursday 28 May 2009 at 3.00pm

It's purpose is to formally announce the name, and introduce, the club's new majority shareholder and substantial new investor, and give details of future plans, including the official go-ahead for the Spireites new stadium development at Whittington Moor.

This will be the biggest investment ever made in the history of Chesterfield FC.
