Interviews are to get underway next week for the vacant manager's job at Chesterfield FC.

Over 50 applications have been received and these have now been sifted down to a short list of those being invited for interview.

The applicant's names are not being revealed by the club at this stage.

An announcement on who has been appointed as the Spireites new manager will be made at the end of the interview process, and this could be by the end of the month or the first week in June.
