CFSS members have two ways to vote for the 2007-08 Chesterfield Player of the Year.

1. Write their nomination on a piece of paper and pop it in the voting box in the club shop on St Margaret's Drive. All voting slips MUST include voters name and membership number.

2. E mail us, stating name and membership number together with your nomination by clicking HERE to send in your vote.

Votes must be cast by kick off time on Sunday 3rd May, the day of the final league game of the season against Notts County

Details of the Player of the Year Event

The Spireites will be holding their annual Player of the Year Awards Night at the Sheffield Park Hotel, Meadowhead, Sheffield on Sunday 4 May 2008.

The event will be compered by well-known Yorkshire comedian and master of ceremonies Barry York, assisted by the Sheffield Star's Phil Tooley.

Tickets at £25 each (tables of 10 are available) are now on sale from Sue and Sally at the main office on 01246 209765.

As well as the usual player presentations, all attendees will once again get the chance on the night to vote for the Spireites goal of the season.
