The kit will be manufactured by PUMA following an extension to the global sports brand's agreement with the club, which was announced last week. The shirts will be sponsored by NAPIT.
Chesterfield director Ashley Carson said: "Due to our appearance in the Johnstone's Paint Trophy final, it was not possible to repeat last season's fans' vote for the design, but we are confident that supporters will love the new kit.
"We received a lot of positive feedback when white shirts were used in the fixture at Southend United earlier this season and that was instrumental in our decision so fans have, in effect, chosen the design."
It is hoped that the new away kit will go on sale towards the end of June.
