There are three stands for home fans. The Karen Child south stand is situated behind the goal and is usually the noisiest stand and the least suitable for young children. The Van Yard Stand (west stand) is the main stand and is where the directors box and corporate seats are also found. The Spencers Solicitors Community east stand is the third home stand. The north stand houses the away fans.
There are two areas of the ground specifically designed for families. One in the east stand and one in the west stand and the prices in these areas are lowered to attract families with young children.
A barcoded ticket must be purchased from the ticket office before gaining entry to the stadium through the automated turnstiles.
All seats are allocated and are clearly marked on the ticket.
